    Churn is a common business challenge for any consumer-oriented business, such as content subscriptions, software as a service, and retail. You can improve customer retention through product changes, better personalization and targeted engagement campaigns.
    In this hands-on workshop, the instructor will teach the audience how to use Python to build a machine learning model to identify high risk customers and interpret the important churn drivers. The workshop will start with a quick introduction to the customer retention problem and popular churn modeling approaches, and then dive into a notebook to build an end-to-end churn predictive model.
