Sumit Sarkar is Head – Customer Experience, Strategy and Segments within Personal Banking Business at BMO. He received his MBA (Masters of Business Administration) degree from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto and B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering) from University of Delhi, India. Over the past 10 years, he has been leading customer experience, strategy and transformation initiatives across technology, financial services and telecommunications industries. His experience spreads across international borders (North America, Europe, Asia etc.). He also launched Canada’s first personal banking chatbot – BMO BOLTTM.
