Roland has 20 years experience in the customer insights industry, having previously worked for market research and public opinion polling firms, and currently serving as Director of Customer Insights & Analytics at Scotiabank, where he brings a customer-centric approach to the Bank’s business challenges.

At Scotiabank, Roland’s team uses a variety of AI and Machine Learning techniques to make sense of massive amounts of customer-generated data and derive insight that help our customers become better off.
