Director, Price and Operations
As the Marketing Director of Operations and Revenue Management at ADP, Derek Willie has a proven track record of successfully driving change in large matrix organizations. He joined ADP in 2016 and has been instrumental in shaping the strategic vision of ADP and aligning its execution through the levers of price, promotion and packaging. Top line revenues have increased more than $10M based on his recommendations; he is seen as a trusted advisor that courageously drives change and insight in a calm and collective manner that is focused on improving both people and performance.
Prior to joining ADP, Derek spent 18 years of his career within the family of Bell Canada companies working at Bell Mobility, Bell World, Bell Sympatico, Bell Enterprise, Bell Wholesale and Bell Business Markets in a variety of roles ranging from customer service to covering all four the Marketing Ps.
Aside from his career, Derek tries to inspire the youth through the Junior Achievement program and sits on the board of directors as Vice-Chair for First Stage Child Care (FSCC); this non-profit provides early child hood care for families in low income areas across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Derek Willie was born in Toronto Canada and spent six years of his pre-teen years in Trinidad and Tobago before returning to Canada to complete his post-secondary education. He graduated from York University with a Specialized Honours in Political Science in 1996 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western University in 2015.
He is married to his high school sweet heart Sharon and together they have three young men named Tristan, Dorian and Roman. We enjoy spending family time by exploring the world through travel and leisurely fishing when the opportunity presents itself.
