Carey Lamoureux is the Chief Customer Experience Senior Manager at Nissan Canada inclusive of both the Nissan and INFINITI brands. Carey’s responsibilities include Customer Quality programs, Dealer Network Training, Consumer Affairs, Contact Centres and Dealer Technology.
With her 25 years in automotive, Carey applies a customer-first approach; building personalization, value, and the customers wants and needs into CRM platforms, service marketing and the standards and processes that resonate a high quality customer journey.
After launching of the Nissan Customer Promise in Canada in 2018, Carey has spent this last year re-enforcing the Promise mantra and placing customers at the centre of everything that Nissan does.
Carey bases her personal philosophy for customer loyalty on quality and a positive reputation. As a busy working mother of two boys, every efficient, frictionless, exceptional, and personal, interaction counts and, determines who earns her business.
