Where does the event take place?

What time does the event begin?

Doors open at 7:30AM and the first talk begins at 8:25AM.

The rest of the Expo and Conference sessions begin throughout the day. Seating is not guaranteed, so arrive early to secure a spot.

Are there dedicated networking opportunities?

There are two 30-minute networking breaks and 1-hour lunch breaks on each day. The expo is open all day to meet with exhibitors. If you have indicated ‘Yes’ to meeting 1-on-1 with exhibitors when you registered, you will get access to the our business meetings platform prior to the event.

We are also delighted to invite all attendees to our Cocktail Reception on December 2nd, from 5:30 – 7:00 PM right in the expo hall.

Is Food & Beverage included?

Yes, all conference pass holders get access to breakfast and lunch buffets on both days (first-come first-served)

Will presentation slides be available?

Depending on individual approvals, slides will be emailed to attendees after the conference via a private link.

Do I need to pre-register for Workshops?

No. All sessions are first come first served.
