Natalie heads the Digital Marketing, Website Development and Analytics operations for WestJet. She leads a team of diverse professionals that provide meaningful insights to help drive a better experience across the guest journey.

After leading the eCommerce product development operations for 2 years, Natalie introduced the User Experience discipline within WestJet putting focus on the Voice of the Guest. Now at the forefront of a digital transformation, she is shaping a team of data driven professionals, leveraging new technologies and specialized platforms to gain deeper insights into their guests and to drive incremental revenue through hyper-targeted tactics.

In her 13+ years career, Natalie has worked on the overall digital strategy (digital marketing, social, content, CRM, loyalty) for large brands such as Procter & Gamble, Danone and Heinz, with her experience spanning from design, product development, content automation and acquisition.
