Karen is the Audience Insights Manager with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Canada’s National Public Broadcaster.
Karen implemented a system used to collect audience feedback and established processes to distribute that information to CBC’s various digital product teams and content areas, like News, Sports, Radio, etc. She’s now building on that work to enable those teams to consider audience feedback and UX research throughout the product development lifecycle.
Karen also coordinates joint research endeavours across the organization, with the goal of sharing research findings and collaboratively developing greater audience insights. She is passionate about protecting audience privacy and helping teams achieve their user experience goals.
