Carolyn leads the Customer Data Analytics and Insights group at Rogers. She brings a deep knowledge of technology and the customer journey to deepen customer engagement, drive operational innovation and grow profitability. Her passion for technologies like AI and machine learning helps her maximize the “data assets” at her organization.
Carolyn holds a Master’s of Business Administration from McGill University and a Bachelor of Finance & Economics from the University of Western Ontario. Carolyn previously held leadership roles at Microsoft, Avaya and Ericsson.
