Director, Digital Team Development and Planning
Guinevere Orvis leads team development for Rogers Digital, in charge of employee recruitment, upskilling, attrition, engagement, digital and cultural transformation and project delivery effectiveness for a rapidly-growing team of several hundred technical, creative, marketing and business people. Due to the nature of the changing consumer landscape, Rogers Digital hiring demands have required unprecedented focus on team building over the past year and Guinevere’s role focuses on addressing these needs in collaboration with interlock partners across the company.
In her past roles, she has focused on strategy, planning, content, digital product development and management. She’s been a proud team member on product releases on over a dozen different platforms and still enjoys coding an occasional web page now and then. She has been nominated for the International Digital Emmys, Gemini Awards, and Canadian New Media Awards. She holds an MBA in technology and innovation from Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University.
She is from small town Canada, but loves living in Toronto with her two children and husband, playing beach volleyball in the summer and snowkiting in the winter.
